On Thursday February 16, 2023 the Director of Projects and Programs for Lawren Foundation presented 3 medium Tecno branded school bags, 6school uniforms and some exercise books to some pupils at ADJAMAM D/A BASIC SCHOOL at the Bosomtwe District.
The above pupils were scouted by a teacher with the name Mr. Ofori Nelson, who saw that these pupils physiological needs are not well met. In view of this, he called for assistance for these beneficiaries.
Mr. Nelson Ofori contacted Lawren Foundation to come to their aid to help them develop the taste of learning.
Founder and President of Lawren Foundation; Madam Lawrencia Okyere took it personally and quickly made arrangements to help and make these future leaders reach the educational ladder.
In donating the presents, the headmaster, staff and the parents of these students were present to receive and acknowledge the sponsor.
The headmaster commended Mr.Nelson for his empathy and generosity.
Again, the beneficiaries and their parents showed their gratitude and appreciation to him and as well to the good work of Lawren Foundation and called on other agencies to do same when the need arises.
